Letter to Sec. Gessler--from Harvie Branscomb Posing Saguache and State Election Questions

See the letter Election Activist Harvie Branscomb sent to Secretary Gessler encouraging a thorough review in Saguache and addressing the larger  related statewide election concerns.  I added my responses to his comments.

I encourage other citizens to write Secretary Gessler to ask any questions you have or to encourage a full and thorough review.
