Clerk denies inspection of ballots after court ruling on transparency

Saguache citizens are finding it incredulous that Clerk Myers has again defied the public's will for election verification through public records.  Despite the state District Court statements that anonymous ballots are records available for public inspection,  Clerk Myers is not going to allow the citizens a window into what went wrong in the November 2010 election.
